Dear customers,

Our company, too, is currently facing the challenges that the COVID-19 virus poses for all of us.

In Hamburg, our company location, the current situation is still relatively moderate compared to other parts of the country. However, the restrictions in everyday life are already clearly visible and we too see the dangers that the virus can pose to our business operations.

For this reason, we have decided to follow the current recommendations and allow the majority of our workforce to work from home. Furthermore, we have adapted our internal processes to minimize the contact between different departments. Classical precautions such as regular disinfections, a ban on visits and travel etc. have already been taken. Please note that delays can occur, for example, due to telephone forwarding.

Our stocks can compensate for delivery bottlenecks over a longer period of time, although there is no reason to worry about this at the moment.

We kindly ask you to inform us of your requirements as early as possible and to set up a sufficient safety stock in case of transport difficulties.

We hope that you will survive the coming days and weeks as unscathed as possible and will do everything possible to ensure that deliveries can continue. We will of course keep you informed of any major restrictions.

With kind regards,

Peter and Mirko Tuchel
Management
